Below are our ongoing missions that continue to need your support.
Eye Glasses to Help Other Missionaries:
Donna Schroeder sends eye glasses of all kinds, including sun glasses, to Missionary Headquarters. Please keep your used eye glasses and sunglasses coming as we participate in this mission. The box for your eye glasses remains in the narthex – so let’s keep filling it up.
Right now we estimate the donations to be around 900. Fantastic! Thank you!!
Stamps for Missions:
Stamp collecting supports the Lutheran World Relief Project Comfort, which provides funding for the shipping of quilts, kits, and clothing to those in need around the world.
Please trim at least 1/4 inch around the stamp. The perforation is the most important aspect of the stamp and should not be cut, torn or altered in any way. More than 1/4 inch creates too much weight, which is the method of calculation the funds received.
It is amazing the amount of money the sale of your stamps brings in for our Synod's Mission work. Your contributions are so appreciated. Thank you!
